Return & Replacement Policy

At Souls ‘n Bloom, every memorial lily is selected, prepared, and shipped with the utmost care. Because our products are living plants, they require special consideration.

Our Promise:

  • We guarantee that all lilies arrive healthy, correctly labeled, and true to description.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept standard returns once lilies have been shipped and planted.

  • Instead, we offer replacements or store credit in cases of damaged, incorrect, or non-viable plants.

  • Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases at our discretion.

Exclusions:

  • Plants that fail due to improper planting, care, or extreme weather conditions after delivery cannot be refunded or replaced.

  • Customized plaques are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

  1. Email us at soulsnbloom@gmail.com with the word "Problem"in the subject. Include your order number, photos, and details.

  2. We’ll review your request within 5 business days and provide next steps.

  3. If approved, a replacement lily or store credit will be issued promptly.
