Return & Replacement Policy
At Souls ‘n Bloom, every memorial lily is selected, prepared, and shipped with the utmost care. Because our products are living plants, they require special consideration.
Our Promise:

We guarantee that all lilies arrive healthy, correctly labeled, and true to description.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging.
Returns & Refunds:

Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept standard returns once lilies have been shipped and planted.

Instead, we offer replacements or store credit in cases of damaged, incorrect, or non-viable plants.

Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases at our discretion.
Exclusions:

Plants that fail due to improper planting, care, or extreme weather conditions after delivery cannot be refunded or replaced.

Customized plaques are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

Email us at soulsnbloom@gmail.com with the word "Problem"in the subject. Include your order number, photos, and details.

We’ll review your request within 5 business days and provide next steps.

If approved, a replacement lily or store credit will be issued promptly.
