At Souls ‘n Bloom, we take great care in preparing and shipping your lilies so they arrive healthy and ready to thrive in your garden. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise specified.

  • Lilies are shipped as bare root plants, freshly dug to ensure the best quality.

  • Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order.

  • Standard shipping times vary by region, typically 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

  • Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.

3. Seasonal Shipping

  • Since lilies are live plants, shipping is subject to seasonal availability and weather conditions.

  • We avoid shipping during extreme heat or freezing conditions to protect plant health.

  • Customers will be notified of any seasonal delays or pauses in shipping.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly indicated on our website.

5. Delivery & Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. Souls ‘n Bloom is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Once the carrier marks an order as delivered, Souls ‘n Bloom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. International shipping is not yet available.

7. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days at soulsnbloom@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

  • We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, whether by replacement or refund (see our Return Policy for details).
